The UserWay Dashboard lets account administrators invite team members and assign permissions that control which account features each person can access.

Permissions Overview
Permission | What It Allows |
Manage Sites | Add new sites, manage Widget Add-ons, and manage site settings and customizations. |
Manage Billing | View and manage subscriptions, view invoices, view or change payment methods, and enable PRO plans for agency accounts. |
Manage Teams | Add and manage team members, update the team name, and enable two-factor authentication for team authorization. Users can grant only permissions they have been assigned. |
Manage Accessibility Monitor | Add websites and pages for real-time accessibility scanning. See the Accessibility Monitor section below for an important limitation. |
Manage PDF Remediation | Add PDF files for manual or automated remediation. |
Manage Image Alts | Add, edit, or update alternative text for website images. |

Accessibility Monitor Permissions
The Manage Accessibility Monitor permission covers adding websites and pages for real-time accessibility scanning.
⚠️ Important: Accessibility Monitor permissions cannot currently be added or modified through the UserWay Dashboard at manage.userway.org. To manage Accessibility Monitor team members and permissions, use scan.userway.org.
