Deleting a site from the UserWay Accessibility Monitor account?
Updated over a week ago

Currently, it is not possible to delete sites from the Accessibility Monitor, but you can disable a site from appearing in "My Scans".

  1. Access the Accessibility Monitor Dashboard: Open your web browser and navigate to the Accessibility Monitor Dashboard. Log in using your UserWay credentials.

  2. Navigate to Site Settings: In the left-hand menu of the dashboard, click on "Site Settings".

  3. Disabling the Site: Locate the site you wish to disable from appearing in "My Scans". Find the "Visible" option on the same line as the site and disable it:

Note: Disabling the "Visible" option will not remove the site from your account, nor will it deactivate the "Active" monitor. If you no longer need a site to be actively monitored, please make sure to disable the "Active" option as well to prevent automatic scans.
