How to Delete a Website From Your UserWay Dashboard

Delete websites you no longer manage from your UserWay Dashboard by accessing My Sites, opening the site settings, and selecting Delete Site.

ℹ️ Note: Sites with an active subscription cannot be deleted. Cancel the subscription first and wait for it to expire. Deleted sites are moved to the Deleted tab and can be restored. See How to Manage and Cancel Your UserWay Subscription

  1. Sign in to your UserWay Dashboard at https://manage.userway.org/.

  2. From the left navigation menu, select My Sites, then select the website domain you want to remove.

  3. Open the Settings tab for the selected site:

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Site:

  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted:

Expected result

The website is moved to the Deleted tab and no longer appears in your active My Sites list. If needed, you can restore it by opening the Deleted tab and selecting Restore next to the domain name:
