UserWay's Dashboard lets account administrators invite team members and assign permissions to control what each person can access. This article outlines the permissions available for team members.
đ Note: To add new team members, follow the step-by-step guide here: How to Invite a New Team Member to Your UserWay Dashboard.
Permissions Overview
Permission | What It Allows |
Manage Sites | Add new sites, manage Widget Add-ons, and manage site settings and customizations. |
Manage Billing | Access all payment operations, including viewing and managing subscriptions, viewing invoices, changing and viewing payment methods, and enabling PRO plans for agency accounts. |
Manage Teams | Add and manage team members, change/update the team name, and enable 2FA for team authorization. Users can only grant permissions they have been given themselves. |
Manage Accessibility Monitor | Add websites/pages for real-time Accessibility Scanning. (See note below.) |
Manage PDF Remediation | Add PDF files for manual or automated remediation. |
Manage Image Alts | Add, edit, or update image alts for images on the website. |
đ Note: At the moment, it's not possible to manage, add, or modify permissions for the Accessibility Monitor using this dashboard. To do that, team members need to be added through a different dashboard â scan.userway.org (instead of manage.userway.org). For more information, see:
