Open the accessibility widget on your website, click Manage, and sign in to your account. (If the Manage option is not available, use the keyboard shortcut: Windows: Ctrl + L / macOS: ⌘ + L)

In the widget management view, click Get Your Report at the top of the page.

Wait for the report to generate and downloaded.
