The UserWay Accessibility Widget allows visitors to customize their browsing experience by enabling features such as Screen Reader, Contrast, Text Size, and other accessibility tools.
If you would like to disable one or more enabled features and return the widget to its default state, you can reset your saved accessibility settings.
ℹ️ Note: UserWay does not use cookies to store widget accessibility preferences. Accessibility settings are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. As a result, resetting your settings only affects the browser and device where the preferences were saved.
Open the UserWay Accessibility Widget on the website:
Scroll to the bottom of the widget menu, Click Reset Accessibility Settings:
All saved accessibility preferences will be removed, including any accessibility features that were previously enabled. The widget will return to its default configuration.
Expected Result
The UserWay Widget resets all saved accessibility preferences and returns to its default settings. Any previously enabled features, such as Screen Reader, contrast adjustments, text sizing, or other accessibility tools, will be turned off.
