Upon attempting to integrate the UserWay Accessibility Monitor with Jira, a warning indicating "no projects found" may be displayed. This occurs due to the user credentials entered during the preceding configuration step lacking the necessary permissions to access any projects.

โ€‹Resolution: Update User Permissions

To address this issue, follow these steps:

  • Contact Your Jira Administrator: Engage the Jira administrator and explain the situation.

  • Request Access Privileges: Ask the administrator to add the necessary access privileges for the 'scanner-jira' integration account.

  • Specify Projects: Ensure that these privileges are added specifically for the Jira project(s) in question.

By ensuring the 'scanner-jira' integration account has the correct permissions, the UserWay Accessibility Monitor will be able to access the required projects and complete the integration successfully.
