ℹ️ Note: The availability and layout of billing information may vary depending on your subscription and account configuration.

  1. Sign in to your UserWay Dashboard using your UserWay account: https://manage.userway.org/

  2. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard. Click Billing & Invoices.

  3. Scroll to the Invoice History section to review your previous invoices.

Understanding Your Invoice History

The Invoice History section shows a record of previous charges associated with your UserWay account.

For each invoice, you can see:

  • Invoice number – Select Download Invoice # to download a copy of that invoice.

  • Invoice date – Shows when the invoice was created or processed.

  • Amount charged – Displays the total amount associated with that invoice.

  • Product or subscription type – Shows the UserWay product related to the charge, such as AI-Powered Widget or White Label.

An invoice may include multiple products, subscriptions, or websites under the same charge. For example, one invoice can cover several UserWay products across multiple websites associated with the account.

💡 Tip: Download the invoice to view the complete breakdown of the products, websites, billing periods, and charges included in that invoice.

Understanding Your Downloaded Invoice or Receipt

After downloading an invoice, you can review more detailed billing information for that transaction.

Depending on the invoice, you may see:

  • Invoice date – The date the invoice or receipt was generated.

  • Payment Invoice/Receipt Number – A unique reference number for the transaction.

  • Billing information – The billing name and address associated with the payment method.

  • Product – The UserWay product included in the invoice, such as AI-Powered Widget.

  • Item / Website – The website, subscription, or item associated with each individual charge.

  • Billing period – The service period covered by each line item.

  • Price – The amount charged for each item.

  • Subtotal – The total amount before applicable taxes.

  • Tax – Any applicable tax added to the transaction.

  • Total – The final amount charged.

  • Payment method – Credit card or Bank transfer.

💡 Tip: If you are unsure what a particular charge is for, keep in mind that a single invoice can include multiple websites, products, or subscriptions, with each item listed separately on the invoice.
