You can switch an eligible website subscription from monthly to annual billing in the UserWay Dashboard.
⚠️ Important: You will not lose the remaining time on your monthly subscription when you upgrade. At checkout, the annual price is adjusted based on your website’s monthly pageview tier and the number of days remaining before your next renewal date.
Sign in to your UserWay Dashboard at https://manage.userway.org/.
Click My Sites, click the website whose subscription you want to update, then open Overview.
Scroll to the subscription or billing section and click the option to switch to annual billing.
Review the annual price and any credit or billing adjustment shown at checkout.
Enter or confirm your payment information, then complete the checkout process.
Expected Result
The website subscription displays annual billing after the checkout process is completed successfully.
