If you already have an active UserWay Widget Pro subscription, you may be able to upgrade it directly to Pro Plus from your UserWay Dashboard.

This guide explains how to locate the upgrade option, review the applicable price difference, and complete the upgrade from Pro to Pro Plus.

⚠️ Important: The availability of the Pro Plus upgrade option and pricing depends on your account and subscription configuration. If you do not see the option below, contact UserWay Support.

You must have an active UserWay Widget Pro subscription and access to the account that owns it.

Sign in to your UserWay Dashboard at <a href="https://manage.userway.org/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://manage.userway.org/</a>, then select your profile icon &gt; Subscriptions:

Locate the Pro Widget subscription you want to upgrade, select Manage, then choose Upgrade to Pro Plus:

Review the calculated price difference and billing details shown during checkout.

Enter or confirm your payment information and complete the upgrade.

2. Locate the Pro Widget subscription you want to upgrade, select Manage, then choose Upgrade to Pro Plus:
 

3. Review the calculated price difference and billing details shown during checkout.
4. Enter or confirm your payment information and complete the upgrade.

ℹ️ Note: Any applicable price difference will be calculated automatically and displayed during checkout before you complete the upgrade and payment.

Your subscription is upgraded from Pro to Pro Plus, and the updated plan appears in your subscription details.

After the upgrade, your subscription will include the additional Pro Plus benefits, including:

Monitoring for up to 50 pages instead of up to 10 pages
