These options are available to website visitors using the widget. To permanently change the widget's position for all visitors, an administrator must update the widget settings from the UserWay dashboard.

⚠️ Important: Hiding the widget only affects the current browser. Other users and devices will continue to see the widget.

Open the UserWay Widget on the website where you want to change its position.

Click Move/Hide Widget in the widget footer.

Click Left or Right to move the widget to the desired side of the screen.

The widget moves to the selected side of the website for your current browser.
