Each widget subscription is designed to be deployed on only a single fully qualified domain name. Meaning, all URLs changes that occur AFTER the first slash (i.e.www.site.com/change) are included in the widget subscription.
However, if the URL change occurs before the first slash (i.e. www.change.site.com, www.site.change) then it would require a separate widget subscription.
