You can request a quote and remediate inaccessible PDF files directly through the UserWay Dashboard. This includes PDFs that are already on your website (detected by the widget) or files saved locally on your device
How to Upload a PDF from Your Computer:
Access your UserWay Dashboard using your administrator account: https://manage.userway.org
In the left-hand menu, click on Documents & PDFs.
Click on "Drag PDF Files here or upload from your computer."
Select the PDF file from your device:
On Windows: Browse to the file location, select the file, and click Open.
On macOS: Browse to the file location, select the file, and click Choose.
After selecting your file, click Submit for Processing.
Review the quote and remediation summary. If everything looks correct, click the Pay $XX button to complete the payment and start the remediation process.
How to Upload PDFs Found by the Widget for a Quote:
This option is only available for websites using the Pro version of the UserWay widget. Once installed, the widget can detect PDF files on pages that have been visited after the installation.
Select the domain name where you want to view the detected PDF files.
From the list of detected files, check the boxes for the PDFs you want to submit for a quote, Click on the "Remediate Selected PDFs" button.
Review the quote and remediation summary. If everything looks correct, click the "Pay $XX" button to complete the payment and begin the remediation process.
