If your site displays Not Installed in the My Sites list of the UserWay Dashboard, it means the dashboard could not detect the widget installation for that website using the account currently signed in.
This does not always mean the widget is missing. In some cases, the widget is installed correctly but has not yet been detected by the dashboard.
Possible Causes
The Not Installed status commonly appears when:
The widget is not installed correctly.
The widget was installed recently and the dashboard has not yet detected it.
The widget is not installed on the website.
The installation code is present but not loading correctly on the live site.
How to Troubleshoot
Sign in to your UserWay Dashboard at https://manage.userway.org/.
Open My Sites and locate the website showing the Not Installed status.
Verify that the widget is visible and loading on the public website.
Open the website in a private or incognito browser window and confirm that the widget appears.
Follow the troubleshooting guide: https://help.userway.org/en/articles/10201066-guide-to-debugging-issues-with-ai-widget-integration
If you use WordPress, verify the widget on the live website instead of relying only on pages viewed through the
/wp-adminarea or page-builder editor. If you have a paid widget plan (Pro, Plus or Ultimate), confirm that premium features, such as the Screen Reader and other paid functionality, are visible and working on the live website.
đĄ Tip: Testing in a private or incognito browser window helps rule out cache-related issues that can affect widget visibility and detection.
Expected Result
The widget loads correctly on the live website, premium features are available when applicable, and the dashboard is able to detect the installation.
