Visit https://manage.userway.org and log in using your UserWay credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Subscriptions page
Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu, select Subscriptions.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. View Active Subscriptions
On the Subscriptions page, you’ll see a list of your active plans. Click on the subscription you wish to cancel to expand its details. Then, click on the plan name (e.g., AI-Powered Accessibility Widget) to view the associated website(s).

Important: If multiple websites are listed under the same subscription and you wish to cancel only one, please contact the UserWay Support via email at desk@support.userway.org. Currently, there is no option to cancel individual websites within a shared subscription.
