How Do I Change My Payment Method via the UserWay Dashboard?

We understand that there are situations that require you to update your credit card information.

  1. Access the UserWay Dashboard: Go to https://manage.userway.org in your web browser and log in using your UserWay credentials.

  2. Navigate to Billing & Invoices: After logging in, click on your profile icon located in the top right corner, click on " Billing & Invoices":

  3. Adding a new payment method: Click on the "Add New Payment Method" button.

  4. Credit card: Enter your new payment method information and click on "Save".

Note: You can set this new payment method as the default by toggling the option "Set as default payment method".

Note that currently, it's not possible to assign multiple credit cards for different subscriptions, the credit card added, will be assigned as new payment method for all the subscriptions.
