Reset Your Password on the UserWay Dashboard

If you’ve forgotten your password, resetting your password on the UserWay dashboard is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to the UserWay dashboard login page:
https://manage.userway.org/login


Step 2: Enter your email and Click “Forgot Password?” located beneath the password field.​





Step 3: Check Your Email: UserWay will send a password reset email to the address you provided. Open your inbox and look for an email from UserWay. Follow the instructions to reset your password. If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.



If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes, try resending it or contact UserWay Support at desk@support.userway.org.
