At this time, an existing site's domain cannot be changed directly. If your website remains the same but only the domain name has changed, the next steps depend on the subscription status of the site.
⚠️ Important: If the site has an active subscription, please contact UserWay Support for assistance with moving the subscription and adding the new domain name.
If the website does not have an active subscription, the recommended approach is to add the domain as a new site in your account. Once the new site has been added successfully, you can remove the old site if it is no longer needed.
ℹ️ Note: The UserWay widget installation code is the same for all sites added under the same account, regardless of whether the subscription is free or paid.
Expected Result
The new domain is added to your UserWay account, and any active subscription can be transferred with assistance from UserWay Support if applicable.
