The email with the subject "UserWay Support Request" is generated when a user needs help with the widget, and uses the Report a problem function:


The recipient e-mail will always be the account administrator e-mail. If you want to disable this function, you can subscribe with the white-label add-on, which allows the removal of this function from the widget.
