Scanner Troubleshooting

Upon attempting to integrate the UserWay Scanner with Jira, a warning is displayed indicating that no projects were found:

This occurs due to user credentials entered during the preceding configuration step lacking the necessary permissions to access any projects.

 

To address this, it is highly recommended to engage the Jira administrator and request the addition of the required access privileges for the 'scanner-jira' integration account. These privileges should be added specifically for the Jira project(s) in question.
