It is also important that you train 2-4 customer support representatives on how to respond to accessibility concerns. If possible, set up a specific email address, such as "accessibility@yourdomain.com", that will be sent directly to the trained support representatives.
In just a few steps, you can generate your accessibility statement, create an accessibility statement webpage, and add an accessibility statement link to your website's footer and widget.

How to generate your Accessibility Statement:
- Open our generator via https://userway.org/generate
- Add the Business email (required)
- Click on Generate My Accessibility Statement:
- Add your Organization name (required)
- Add Website address (required)
- Click the Generate My Accessibility Statement button to generate the statement:
How to add the statement page on the widget:
- Log in to Widget Settings.
- Open Widget settings
- Click on Change Accessibility statement link:
- Add the link to your accessibility statement
- Add the title that will be displayed on the widget footer
- Click the Apply to (your site) or Apply to all sites button:
- Once the link has been added, please select the Show the statement link option
- Click Apply to (your site) to confirm the changes:
