Add team members: widget management permissions

To allow additional team members to manage widget settings, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Widget settings.
  2. Open Account settings
  3. Click User management:

  4. Click Invite User to add a new user:

  5. Fill out the form with the First Name, Last Name and Email of the new user
  6. Click on Select Site Access Privileges...

  7. Select the sites where the new user will have permissions to view and modify widget settings
  8. Click Send invitation.

Users who are team members only have access to the following settings through direct access to the widget installed on the page: Widget settings and View remediations.
Team member users do not have access to the main account through the management console or account settings that include billing information and add-ons.
