When you start the first UserWay Widget subscription on your account, you receive a 7-day free trial before billing begins.
During the trial, you can use the premium features included with your selected Widget plan.
⚠️ Important: Accessibility Monitor is not included during the free trial and becomes available once the paid subscription begins.
Why Do I See a Charge on My Credit Card?
During the free trial, you may see a pending transaction on your credit card statement.
This is a temporary authorization hold used to verify that your payment method is valid and can be charged when the trial ends. A pending authorization is not a completed subscription payment.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may appear as:
Pending
Authorization
Pre-authorization
Temporary hold
What Happens After the Trial?
If you continue with your subscription, billing begins after the 7-day trial ends and your subscription payment is processed.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for the subscription. Any temporary authorization hold will be released based on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
