Deleting a Website In My Account via the Dashboard?

Sometimes you have websites that you no longer manage or have been shut down. This article teaches you how to delete unwanted websites.

  1. Access the UserWay Dashboard: Open your web browser and go to https://manage.userway.org. Log in using your UserWay credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Site List: In the left-hand menu, click on "My Sites."
    ​

  3. Open the Settings for the Site: Click on the domain name of your site (e.g., example.com):​

  4. Navigate to Settings: When the new window shows up, click on the "Settings" tab:
    ​

  5. Delete Your Site: To delete your site, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Delete Site".
    ​
